Soccer Buddies

Needed

Great for kids looking for community service time

Success of our program depends on volunteer 'Buddies'

We are in need of several buddies for the upcoming session. Most buddies are high school age teens. No special skills or knowledge is required, just a desire to help.

What is TOPSoccer?

US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, age 4 to 19, who has a mental or physical disability.

What is the cost?

The program cost is FREE!

How often will players and parents get together and where?

Once a week for an hour. The location is our soccer complex at I-435 and Hwy 152. The top field just as soon as you enter the complex. Directions and a map are on our web site. (CLICK HERE)

What is the registration deadline?

You may register and attend any of the weekly sessions. We ask that you get your registration form in to us at least one week before your child’s first attendance. This gives us time to make sure we have enough buddies for everyone.

How will the program be run for these players?

Soccer buddies work with the TOPSoccer players during each session, working one on one with players with an emphasis on development, training and meaningful participation rather than competition.

How do I learn more about the program?
