Coaching a Team at Western Missouri Soccer League
All coaches are required to -
| Fill out a MYSA MEMBERSHIP form. Forms are available from your Club or by going to our FORMS page. Coaches form should be submitted when you turn in your Player's information. You need to fill out just one form per seasonal year per team you coach. Benefits of registration is a Million Dollar liability policy. |
| Submit an online KIDSAFE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT. Before we can register you as a coach you must submit a Kidsafe form. You can do this online. After completeing the form, print the Confirmation page and give the league a copy. |
| Obtain a "F" COACHES LICENSE. Before you can coach you must receive a minimum of a Coaches "F" License. This is an one evening course. You need to obtain a F license only once. This is a free course for MYSA affiliated members. CLICK HERE for license information. |
