Game Reschedule Request Form
If games need to be re-scheduled due to a weather event, WMSL reserves the right to automatically re-schedule games based on team's current request off dates.
Please fill this form out completely. Incomplete information may cause a delay in rescheduling game.
Fill out this form for games to be played at WMSL FIELDS ONLY
If game is at some other location, contact that home league to reschedule.
Procedure
Reschedule request must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the scheduled game date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
1) Contact the other coach involved and have him agree to change. If they will not agree, the game will be played as scheduled.
2) Come up with 2 dates for the reschedule that works for both teams
3) The non-requesting coach "signs" his approval of the change by either emailing the league at wmslsched@kc.rr.com or calling the league office and leaving a message at 816-459-7543.
No action will be taken on the request until the league office receives this notification from other coach.
4) Fill out reschedule form below.
5) WMSL scheduler will make the change and inform both teams VIA EMAIL.
